How Do you know you have Low Testosterone

Testosterone, a hormone produced by the testicles, is very important to males as it's responsible for the proper development of male sexual characteristics and also for maintaining muscle bulk, bone growth, sexual function, an adequate levels of red blood cells and an overall sense of well-being.
 
Most males usually experience a raise in testosterone in their puberty to adulthood. This amount of testosterone in the male body usually peak in early adulthood and then begin to drop after the male reaches around 30 to mid 30's. After this it continues to drop every year. Because of this constant decline some men may need to use external means to get that missing testosterone back into their bodies. The process of using these external test sources is called Testosterone Replacement Therapy

As mentioned above Testosterone is responsible for many body functions in men and even benefits them mentally and emotionally in a positive way so in mos cases one will be able to recognize if his testosterone level is low. Here are a few different symptoms that low testosterone brings about:

  • Low Sex Drive ( Libido )
  • Hair Loss
  • Depression
  • Erectile Dysfunction
  • Decreased muscle mass
  • Low sense of well being
  • Irritability
  • Difficulty concentrating
  • Low energy and the feeling of being fatigued
